At Napattiga, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not satisfied with your order, please read our returns and refunds policy below.

30-Night Guarantee

We offer a 30-night guarantee on Napattiga products.

Try Napattiga for up to 30 nights. If you do not feel it made a meaningful difference, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and our support team will help you with the refund process.

Return Eligibility

Because Napattiga is an intimate care product, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.

However, you may request a refund or return if:

  • Your item arrived damaged
  • You received the wrong product
  • Your order was lost in transit
  • Your item is unopened and unused
  • You contact us within 30 days of receiving your order

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Orders returned without contacting us first

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or wrong item
  • The email address used at checkout
  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Fees

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake, such as sending the wrong item or a damaged product.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise approved by our support team.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.

Napattiga is not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
