If you feel Napattiga did not make a meaningful difference in your intimate confidence and control, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Our support team will review your request and help you with the refund process.
Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You purchased Napattiga directly from our official website
- You contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
- You provide your order number and the email used at checkout
- The product was used as directed
- The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Your package was confirmed lost by the shipping carrier
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be available for:
- Orders placed more than 30 days ago
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Packages refused by the customer
- Customs duties, import taxes, or local fees
- Shipping delays caused by customs, weather, holidays, or local carriers

Hygiene Notice
Because Napattiga is an intimate care product, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.
However, eligible refund requests may still be reviewed under our 30-night guarantee.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
